Shipping

Shipping is a flat rate of $15 for print only (Aus only), and $45 for framed prints (Aus only). Shipping location is from Wollongong, New South Wales. 

If you live interstate or outside of Australia, I suggest ordering a ‘print only’ and having it framed locally in your area to eliminate the risk of being damaged while traveling to you and to minimise courier costs. Shipping is available to all locations in Australia, and internationally. 

If you wish to place an order from outside Australia and you are unsure how to go about it, please email info@scottruzzene.com. 

Shipping times

Please allow 6-10 business days for ‘print-only’ orders, and 2-4 weeks for ‘framed prints’ to be completed and delivered. Please allow for seasonal variability, such as delays over Christmas periods due to high volume. 

Returns

All pieces are made to order from the time of your order being placed. Returns are not possible and you agree to this when making your purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase please email info@scottruzzene.com
